Goober is a 3 year old horse owned by a woman who is starving and can't afford care to the two horses she owns.
Proper care has not been given and she refuses to give them up even though goober is close to dying.
We need your signature to help prove to the humane officers that this is not ok and that there are many people who see this as a problem.
We the undersigned call on the humane officers to file an injunction to release custody of the horses for rescue and/or homes where they will be properly taken care of.
