Why are the guards at Bayside State prison not reprimanded especially when a particular guards come up on more than one occasions for asaulting the residents of Bayside State Prison? Within each state prison, the State and Federal Courts, Department of Corrections and prison administrators have constructed an Administrative Grievance Procedure to address inmate complaints. This process is a critical component to giving inmates a mechanism to the administrative authorities that they may seek remedy for diverse grievances. This has not been practiced and we the people need to know why??
The mission is to protect the rights and well being of the inmates that reside within this institution Bayside
State Prison. This petition is to bring awareness and get as many who will support and make a stand with us to ensure the safety of the residents of Bayside State Prison and that their civil rights are not violated and protected. We petition that these residents are receiving adequate medical care while housed in this institution. We the people ask that the residents are protected from being physically and abused by the officers that serve in this institution as well. And we last but not least request that their complaints or grievances be recognized respectfully and addressed professionally.
