The Louisiana Attorney General and Department of Health and Hospitals have conspired to deny Holistic Concepts due process in their ongoing prosecution of the agency. The Department of Health and Hospitals has refused to grant a hearing on illegal recoupments over a year after that hearing was requested.

The Louisiana Attorney General has not been prepared for a trial on the issue of fraud for nearly a year and a half. This unreasonable delay tactic is being used to force Holistic Concepts out of business without ever having a trial to prove its innocence against these flimsy charges.

We, the undersigned, call on the Honorable Cedric Richmond, U.S. House of Representatives, Louisiana 2nd District to call on the Louisiana Attorney General and the Secretary of the Department of Health and Hospitals and demand that they grant a timely trial and hearings regarding all pending charges against Holistic Concepts, or if they are unable to do so, to dismiss all charges pending against Holistic Concepts.
