On August, 3rd. 2010, at 1:50 pm. I called and filed a complaint with the housing inspectors concerning the dysfunctional issues that exist with in my unit.

On August 4th 2010, around 8:30am, Mr. Aubrey Danty followed up on my complaint and found the following issues defective, which are severe electrical problems in my Dinning room area as well in one of my bedrooms, due to a serious water leak from the apartment above me, which has caused severe damage to the wall surrounding the electrical sockets.

When plugging or unplugging electrical appliances, sparks shots from the socket, which encourages total danger to this unit. also cracked walls and holes in the ceilings, through out the unit, the strip that divides the bathroom from the hallway, is severely dry rotted and broken into pieces, which is also dangerous.

On Tuesday, July 22, 2008. ( KMG MANAGEMENT LLC.) beginned installation of new windows for 1509 T ST. S.E., during the process of my windows being installed, my bars were removed and never replaced and I reside on the first floor and my sense of security has demolished to a total of undesirable discomfort. September, 2009, Joseph W. ( HEAD PROPERTY MANAGER ) came to my unit concerning a serious plumbing problem that the maintenance man could not repair, which also damaged my wooden floors, at that time, Joseph W. ( HEAD PROPERTY MANAGER ) verbally made a promise that he would replace my bars, and up to this date, have not honored his word. ( KMG MANAGEMENT ) continues to send non-license employee's to our unit's.

These people, are not professional in repairing dysfunctional issues with in this building and that alone, needs to be addressed.

I'm asking that all tenants of interest, to please sign this petition, requesting ( KMG MANAGEMENT ) to address all dysfunctional issues with in each unit, properly and with full completion.

We are asking ( KMG MANAGEMENT ) to take a professional interest in the maintenance and the up keep surrounding the outside of this building. We are human beings, first, before anything else, and would appreciate ( KMG'S ) professionalism in how they communicate with us when calling in complaints concerning issues in this building. We should not be spoking to wrongfully, nor disrespected in a form of intimidation, for any cause. We as tenant's, pay monthly rent and deserve proper professional services and treatment from Joesph W., along with his staff assistance. We as tenants deserve to live in a clean environment and is zero tolerant towards any form of abuse coming from ( KMG MANAGEMENT ) and his staff members.

We as tenants, are appalled by the lack of interest and concern that Joseph W. and his staff have for this building as well as for the resident's that reside at this address.
