The management of the Philadelphia Eagles is not indicative of an owner that is determined to win a Super Bowl. The team is currently millions of dollars under the salary cap and continues to ignore the option of adding marquee players that could bring the team closer to a championship.

Jeffrey Lurie has proven to the fans of the Philadelphia Eagles that he is not concerned with bringing a championship to the City of Philadelphia. His decision making supports the belief that he is more concerned with the profitability of the Philadelphia Eagles than the Super Bowl potential of the Philadelphia Eagles.

As of November 19, 2008, I learned that the Philadelphia Eagles currently owe the City of Philadelphia $8 million. Please read . . . . . http://www.philly.com/philly/hp/news_update/20081119_Money_Under_Stadium_Seats_.html . . . . .

We, the undersigned, believe that the sole purpose of owner Jeffrey Lurie is to make as much money as possible off of the fans of the Philadelphia Eagles. We are unwilling to continue to support an owner and a team who do not have the same interests as us, to WIN the Super Bowl.

We request that Jeffrey Lurie sell the Philadelphia Eagles to an owner, or owners who are dedicated to delivering a championship to the City of Philadelphia.
