Parking permits should be made available to all residents of Jacksonville Beach who wish to park at with beach without fee, fine or penalty.
We, the residents of Jacksonville Beach, ask the Jacksonville Beach City Council to initiate permitted residential parking with the use of either city provided parking decals or residential parking passes.
