I /WE have knowned Jim Manuel for over 20 years. It all started when the school and the community need helped from parents to improved the school programs and education .Volunteers are need to fill in all the position to complete the programs and projects.
Mr. Jim Manual had step in to contribute his talent in coordinating school plays/fund rasing activity. Formed churches choir, and coordinated school play such us Lion King, and others of which our kids are part of it.
Mr. Jim Manuel is very reliable person, kind, generous and very helpful person.
We as part of the community are signers of this petition to testify to Jim Manuel's Good Moral Character.
