My 18 month old son Izaiah Wallis and his 50 year old grandfather Abraham Verde recently got hit by a drunk juvenile driver on October 18, 2010. My son is in critical condition and fighting for his life and his Grandfather suffers bruises and swelling along with a shattered ankle.
We have been attending court dates and there is no justice being served, due to these charges are not on the list to be tried as an adult. So my family and I would like to get this petition going to help out our case and future cases.
I wish to add Juvenile DUI cases that cause great bodily injury and or vehicular man slaughter to the list to be tried as an adult.
All those who agree please sign the petition to serve justice for all of those who suffer from these cases.
