Many Neopets users have reported missing accounts, pet-page HMTL, items and neopoints. A good percentage of these users are paying customers who purchase NC (neocash), and a monthly/yearly subscription to have an upgraded account.
Some of these accounts have been deleted! People have reported that they are no longer to log in and access the features they pay for. This lagging, faulty website has been ripping people off for long enough - It is time to investigate why the issue has NOT been fixed!
We, the undersigned, call on JumpStart to refund all online purchases made through Neopets that were not received OR were received when the website was faulty and lagging.
