Introduce regulation bannig Road-Side Parking on the 49th Avenue, Vancouver

49th Avenue is currently one of the most congested roads in Vancouver with thousands of vehicles traveling both ways during rush hours.
This being a connecting route between some major commercial and academic destinations in Vancouver/Burnaby, major traffic jams are a common sight for anyone traveling on the 49th Avenue.
In contrast to the number of vehicles using this route, this road is relatively narrow and has no prospect for expansion. However vehicles are parked on the roadside all along the 49th Avenue, blocking one entire lane on each side of the road, in effect reducing 1/3 of the road space otherwise usable for moving traffic.
We, the undersigned, support the banning of road-side parking on the 49th Avenue,Vancouver; especially during the rush hours.
