We, the citizens of The Town of Arlington Massachusetts, petition The Town to a install gate with latch at the entrance to Parallel Park, located on Parallel St, near Route 60. Drivers typically speed down Rt 60 at 35 mph or more while our children are playing in the park.
A gate with latch at this entrance would allow parents the peace of mind that their children will not run into the street, causing accident and injury.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge the Arlington Recreation Department to act now to install a gate and latch at Parallel Park.
