Considering the judgement pronounced by the appeal court on wednesday 23rd November, 2016, that recognises Eyitayo Jegede as the eligible candidate of the PDP for the upcoming gubernatorial slated for 26th November, 2016.

There is need to allow the PDP candidate exercise his right to canvass the electorate for votes in the spirit of fairness and equity.

I/We, the undersigned, call on INEC to postpone the upcoming Ondo State gubernatorial election slated for 26th November, 2016 to allow fairness and equity.
