The National Council Of La Raza (NCLR) named Linda Ronstadt The Greatest Latino Recording Artist In Music History. Her album Canciones De Mi Padre became the best selling non english language album to date in the us history.

She had thirteen #1 albums and 15 # 1 singles in international charts.

She ranked No. 1 female singles seller in 1975 and 1977.

She was named top female artist of the 70s by Cash Box magazine.
