Disappointed at the cancellation of the resident AGM meeting scheduled for 06/03/14? This would have been a great opportunity for residents to have their say on the running of the building we live in and air our grievances on the treatment and service we receive from GNC, including their disproportionate service charges and the cost of being under GNC management, as well as GNC's inadequacies in customer services, communications with residents and failures in being receptive to repairs, maintenance and improvements.
Following the cancellation of the annual AGM Meeting for residents I feel that enough is enough and it's about time out voices were herd. If you feel the same then please visit the link below and sign the petition with your own views.

We, the undersigned, call on Guinness Northern Counties and Manchester City Council to investigate the disproportionate services charges and costs of being under GNC management.
We also petition against perceived inadequacies in GNC customer services, communications with residents, failures in being receptive to repairs, maintenance and improvements.
We wish for support from Councillors, MPs and Manchester City Council to address these serious concerns with GNC Management at the earliest opportunity.
