Virgin broadband in the area of Selly Oak is underperfoming on a massive scale. Many people in this area are experiencing internet usage that is nowhere near the bandwidth that they are paying for. The internet is too slow to use at times, which is unacceptable. For example, one house is paying for 20 MBs. They have never received that and are sometimes only receiving 2.
Virgin are monitoring this problem, but apparently have been doing so for some time. Please sign this petition to pressure Virgin into action.
We, the undersigned, are unsatisfied with the broadband service that is being provided by Virgin Media, and would like Virgin to acknowledge, and rectify the problem.
