Tulip Grove Rd. is an unsafe road located in Hermitage, TN. I know of 2 deaths on this road within the last 3 yrs and one being this past July 29th, 2009 which was my little sister. The same day a lady was rear ended in the same spot and put in a coma.
The speed limit changes too many times within 30ft. and the speed limit posted is extremely high (40) for this subdivision.
State Representative Turner, please introduce safety measures for Tulip Grove Road, including more realistic speed limits.
