The President is not defending the Federal law of the land in regards to D.O.M.A. marriage is between a man and a women. and the War Powers Act of 1973. Mr. Obama is taking campaign funds from special interest that wants same sex marriage.
Mr. Obama is accepting these funds stating the state level is where this debate should be conducted. However, Mr. Obama is suing a state that passed through a democratic process a new Immigration law (Arizona) stating Federal law trumps state law and is allowing a state law passed through the Democracy process of same sex marriage trump Federal law.
Which is it going to be? you can't have it both ways just to get campaign monies or a minority voting block. This self serving agenda is unacceptable from the President of the United State of America.

Mr. Obama took the Oath the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
He is not enforcing the laws of this land. The federal D.O.M.A. act that marriage is between a man and a women. He also is not obeying the War Power Resolution of 1973 states Congress must authorise participation in hostilities longer than 60 days, although the president can seek a 30-day extension.
Mr Obama is in violating that law since May 20th of 2011, when the 60-day deadline ended. Tuesday marks 92 days since the US joined the Nato-led no-fly zone mission over Libya. Using the CIA to avoid the rules of engagement is unacceptable.
