There's been a couple of issues that has become matters of constant discussion on social media among Kogites.
Dominant among those are
1. The Civil Service Reforms (Salary Payment vs non payment )
2. The continued closure of the Tetiary institutions of the state.
The narratives on social media shows a gap between the governed & the government.
That Gap is what I'm seeking to bridge through an online conference.
Your Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello, executive Governor of Kogi state, on behalf of all Kogites who have signed this request, I will like to have a one on one dialogue with you in an Online conference tagged "i-Wish Conference'
Aim & Objective
-We want to ask you questions about many issues on our minds directly.
-We also want to share some of the bright ideas on how we think our state can move forward.
-We want you to also explain the rationale behind sme of your policies.
This we ask in good faith, to bridge the gap between the government & the governed.
We hope that as a democratically elected governor, you will grant us this civil request to be part of Democracy which is government of the people, for the people, by the people.
