A local group, formed mainly by those who are wealthy with in the county of Montgomery County Kentucky are seeking the Montgomery County Library to return money, which was already taxed, due to rates increases without a petition by "The People".
This petition, is to show support, By the People, for the Library, to not only keep the funding it has been paid, but also keep the current tax rate set for their funding.
