If silence in the face of evil is complicity with that evil, the silent are not good.
Born Australian, my land, parents and only known ancestors all Australian, and not naturalised to any foreign country.
A public officer decided I am not Australian. Fed Court reviews in VID376-20 if I am alienated lawfully. Hearing was 4Nov20 and judgement 16Mar21 at 9:30am AEST.
Almost four decades of silence complicates things. Facts are:
. No one is entitled by law or Constitutional to decide I am not Aussie.
• Law set no criteria to decide I am not Aussie.
• Under Dept guideline., my citizenship ceased by racial discrimination.
• Four separate decisions to cease my citizenship, by Dept, Tribunal and Fed Court rely on different facts where none were valid.
Many know but all are silent. In a few hours court will appease the silent in power and influence, or find I have always been Australian.
1. The source of power public officers use against Australians should be made public.
2. Allegations of misconduct against public officers should be heard in public to show rule of law is properly applied to all.
