A human is an entity that is made of human genetics and has a heartbeat. Each human has a inalienable rights to life, liberty, religion, and pursuit of happiness. Any organization (public, private, religious, secular, or other) that by policy or practice denies any human of rights to life, liberty, religion, and pursuit of happiness shall not be eligible for any federal or state funding or tax exemptions of any kind.
