Since sanitary sewers are installed to the middle of Whitechurch Road at the entrance road to Toscani developments < we the home owners along Whitechurch are requesting approval of the sewers to be continued from the existing spot to the west side of Upper James
The area contains twenty five plus home owners who by signing this petition agree that they either want sewers or at least have no complaints in having them installed along the noted stretch of roadway noted above.
The development in the area is going to require sewer in the near future in any case and since the spring and summer months are approaching being the best time of the year for this item to be installed, we believe a quick approval and install dates are possible.
It should be noted that the existing septic systems have been on the properties for many years and since the lifetime of these systems as or is about to run out possibly contaminating the soil in the whole neighborhood is another reason we are petitioning the city for this approval
We the residents along Whitechurch Rd. request the City to take action about the sewers being installed.
