I am writing to my neighbors in the Summit Mill Home Association - along with my neighbors in the Mill Creek Subdivision. It is clear that we must make some decisions about our subdivisions and to do so requires a meeting.
It is time someone in our neighborhood steps up and require some accountability from those who are currently in charge of our homes association. We should request an annual meeting for review of budgets and policies that are maintained in our neighborhood.
It is also important we review vendors agreements for maintaining our neighborhood pool, lake and greenways.
I Petitioner Stephen P. Claxton am asking the neighbors in my community to restore some order to our HOA by letting our voices be heard and requesting that the Developers of Summit Mill and of Mill Creek, located in Lee's Summit, MO. along with the HOA President be required to hold a HOA meeting within the next 30 days. That at this meeting a complete review of operating budget and HOA Policies will be explained in detail.
