The Supreme Court of Canada ruled today (October 5th, 2012) that those infected with a low level of the HIV virus, and who use a condom, are not obligated to disclose their infection with their sexual partners.

This is an unacceptable and dangerous ruling that puts Canadians at risk.

For the sake of future generations, we ask the government of Canada to pass a new law declaring it mandatory for HIV carriers to disclose their condition with sexual partners.
