The NFL has passed a new rule stemming from Hines Ward's hit on Keith Rivers of the Bengals during the 2008 season that now makes blindside hits illegal.
We want the Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the NFL to know that we the undersigned feel that the new "Hines Ward" rule is unfair not just to Hines Ward but to other offensive players that block and play the same style as Hines Ward.
We'd like to see this change erased from the rule book.
