This is to get fire / tornado(emergency) alarms put in the hallway and classrooms leading to the band and choir rooms. When there is a drill, the only way to get the kids out is FORWARNING.
If there is a real emergency, the front office will have to send a person down to the rooms, or the teacher has to call the office. There is NO direct link with the rest of the building.
We, the undersigned, call on the Grandview High School, and/or the Grandview Board of Education to approve the purchase and installation of fire/ tornado alarms, meeting all the safety standards set forth by the Grandview Board of Eduacation, for the band and choir hallway and classrooms at the Grandview High School.
