Grocery store needed due to living in a rural area located 20 miles one-way from town. This is generally a retired community, however, it would also benefit others in the area as well. Several subdivisions in the area would support having a grocery store closer to home. A pharmacy would be a plus for many seniors living in this area. Lake Sam Rayburn is also close by and would be a huge business supporter year-round for those living full-time at R.V. Parks such as Ewing Park and other nearby parks.
We the undersigned call on Brookshire Brothers to bring a Brookshire Brothers Express store to our location. It is much needed and will be greatly appreciated to have you in our area. Please consider the several subdivisions, and seniors that live in a remote area that have to drive 50+ miles round-trip to get groceries, supplies and medicines.
