The Hampton Hotel on Main Street and 200 North is a shocking eye-sore. More will come and the buildings will be even larger and more intrusive if this high-density zoning is appproved. Our historic courthouse is now dwarfed by the hotel.
We are urgently needing your help to save our Historic downtown and the Historic residential areas.
Because of the high-water table in Cache Valley---No underground parking is possible.
These High-density apartment complexes will not only destroy beautiful Logan city but will also create parking nightmares!!!

On Tuesday June 19th at 5:30 pm Logan City Council will vote on a rezone allowing High-Density in downtown Logan across from the Tabernacle. It will be a 75-90 ft. high apartment complex. The rezone will also allow 4-5 story apartment complexes on 100 East and on 100 West. The new Hampton Inn on Main and 2nd North is 55 ft. high. It dwarfs our Historic Court House.
