On November 3, 2020, I decided to go press charges at the police station because my Albanian Kosovar husband Alban Luta as he had raped me orally, anally, digitally on November 2, 2020, but also several times before then, ( My violent rapist’s husband home address is 132, 24 Maji, in Dragodan, close to restaurant Pinocchio, and close to the French embassy, and my violent rapist’s husband work place is icaffe, in Tophane, Lidhja e Prizrenit close to Fresh Viva) he works as a waiter at this caffe everyday from 7 am to 15 pm except on Saturdays, his boss is aware of him raping me but he does not care and still kept my husband as an employee.
My husband came into my appartment with his friend armed with a knife and with a gun using the key to my appartment, he proceeded to enter and stab my friends, punched my friends, and threatened to kill them with his gun that he was holding at his waist, my friends begged for their lives, they cried and screamed please do not kill me, the reason why my husband attacked my friends is because they were men, but at this point, we had separated and were no longer living together, he had also wanted to tie my friends to a chair using a rope, but thankfully, he couldn’t find any rope to use inside my appartment.
When I went to the police station, the police did not provide me with a translator, they could not speak English and I could not speak Albanian, they did not provide me with a lawyer, they did not provide me with a doctor to examine me for signs and traces of rape, I have been told by the police that they do not care if my husband kills me, and that if I am scared of my husband killing me that I should just go sleep outside on the streets, and that they are tired of me and that I am giving them a headache, and that it is my fault for marrying him.I had told the police that my husband has a gun and is using drugs, but they never searched his home, and as of now, my violent rapist husband is still free, the police officer who took my report is named Dinora Osmani, and the police officer who is the investigator of my case is named Selvete Krasniqi.
Over the course of our relationship and marriage, my husband Alban Luta locked me inside his house and took the key with him to work, he also locked me inside his bedroom and took the key, he told me that I was not allowed to go outside alone, that I could only go outside with him or with his family if they asked for his permission prior, his family knew about these rules and listened to him, his mother would constantly give him daily reports about where I was and about what I was doing, she would open the door just to watch me, so he essentially held me hostage and sequestered me inside his home.
my husband also took my phone, passport, id with him, in fact, he was always carrying my handbag with him outside with my passport and id phone and wallet, and he told me that the reason why he did it is because if I ever wanted to leave him that I could not, my husband threatened to kill me if I left him and to beat me, he told me that he would find me, he would regularly check my phone, he demanded and ordered me to delete all my male phone numbers, and blocked all my male contacts, to delete Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook etc, he did not allow me to watch the Youtube videos that I liked, or go to the websites that I liked, he did not allow me to look at mirrors, or to stand in front of his entrance door, even from the inside, or to wear certain clothes, my husband would grab me by the arm, and lock the door and push me away from the door every time I tried to leave him.
everytime we were outside, even at his work place, he would ask me to sit against the wall, or to look at the ground, he would yell at me accusing me of looking at other men when I was not, he would insult and yell at these men too, my husband would yell at me in public even on our wedding day in front of his brother accusing me of looking at the barmen working there, he would correct me in front of his family telling me that I’m being rude disrespectful, he exercised coercive control on me.
My husband anally raped me, he would get angry at the bed making noise while he was raping me and he would punch the bed, he was sexually very rough and aggreasive sexually speaking, when I told him to stop because it hurts, he just ignored me and kept going very fast in and out up and down, telling me that I would get used to it, and to “shhhhh” because he did not want his parents to hear me scream out in pain, he accused me of being paranoid, telling me that he bets it did not even hurt me, he would scream at me and insult me if I did not want to have sex with him, my husband also orally raped me, he would grab my head and push it down on his penis, and keep it down on his penis, and then push his penis in and out outside of my mouth, when I would tell him to stop and that it makes me choke, and want to vomit, my husband would tell me to vomit then, and he kept going, he would force me to swallow his sperm as well, every morning, his mother would open the door and ask me to have sex with her son, my husband while raping me would tell me that when he is horny that he can rape his own family, when I informed his mother of him raping me, which she was already aware of, she answered me that it is my problem, not hers, and she would open the door every morning waking me up, demanding me and ordering me to have sex with her son.
he would call me a bitch, telling me that he never loved me that he only married me to get a French passport, he told me that he would divorce me if I did not want to bring him to France, he also told me that he would divorce me if I did not buy him the latest IPhone Pro Max that costs 1000 euros, my husband also offered me 10,000 euros in order to bring him to France which I refused, he would tell me that he really regrets having lived with me at all, that he just wishes that he had just given me 10,000 euros for me to bring him to France, because he wants nothing to do with me, that he hates me, does not consider me as his wife, considers me as his ennemy, that he is not looking for love, that he is looking for a better life, and that if he was looking for love that he would just find an Albanian woman from Kosovo and that he could find thousand of them, because they are gorgeous, he also told me that he cheated on me, that he would never give me a child, he told me that the only way that we could be together is if I brought him to France, he also told me to go to Germany, make money for him, work for him, and then bring him over to Germany using our marriage in order for him to get legal status,
he would regularly call me ugly, old, fat, he told me that not even the ugliest loser would want me, and while I was engaged to him and living at his home, his mother Makfire Luta tried to find him another Albanian Muslim 18 year old living in Switzerland with a Swiss passport to marry in order to replace me, his mother was very racist and told my husband why did he not bring an Albanian Muslim woman home instead of a French Christian woman home. The first time that my husband had sex with me, he called me disgusting and then went out to drink with his friends and threatened to divorce me. Everytime I tried to leave him, he would grab me by the arm, and push me inside his house, and manhandle me and lock his house and take the key with him in order to prevent me to leave, of course his mother agreed with this and supported this and help him achieve this.
My husband ordered me and demanded me to go to the ATM (bankomat) in order to give him 300 euros and to give his mother 300 euros, at this point in time, he had come with me to the ATM, but since my weekly retrieval limit was only 300 euros per week, I could only give him 300 euros, he told me that he was entitled to this money, my husband also stole cash from my wallet, he took 70 euros, my husband extorted money from me, and stole money from me, when we got married, and his family had given me money, he had also demanded me and ordered me to give him this money too.

Since, I am a French citizen, I went to the French embassy of Kosovo, I asked to see the ambassador Marie Christine Butel, or the deputy of the ambassador, and none of them wanted to see me, so instead, I spoke with a worker of the French embassy called Aurore Deaux who was not being helpful at all, she told me that the French embassy or the ambassador could not call the prosecutor of my case Armend Hamiti to ask him to take action, and she laughed at my face, telling me that she did not ask me to marry my husband Alban Luta or to go to Kosovo, and she told me that she cannot give me a free passport, that I need to pay for it, but I have no money to pay for it.
I went to the court in Hajvalia, I had a court session for my order of protection, my judge is Hysni Bardheci, and bad news here, my order of protection might be cancelled in a few days, and it scares me, the decision will be taken in a few days, and the judge gave my husband Alban Luta my home address today, so from today, so now, my husband knows exactly where I live, and my husband is not going to this hospital at all, like I had requested for his violent behavior, so he is going to remain free, I am scared, petrified, terrified that my order of protection will be cancelled by the judge in a few days from now, and plus, my husband now knows my home address, I am at risk of being killed. Please everyone, contact the judge Hysni Bardheci to convince him to keep my order of protection against my husband Alban Luta. Also, please everyone contact the prosecutor Armend Hamiti to convince him to arrest my husband. I need your help more than ever.

I need money to be able to afford a lawyer, I need money to be able to afford to pay for a deposit to an appartment,, rent, bills, food, for a new passport, id, flight ticket, to be able to purchase new clothes, in order to stay in Kosovo and to fight for my rights, and to be able to send my husband to prison for his crimes like he deserves, I need to be able to stay in the country in order to pursue a legal procedure and a civil procedure against my husband, as I am not from Kosovo, but from France, my appartment is full of cockroaches, there are no lights inside the building of my appartment, and the door inside the building of my appartment is broken and stuck with the door handle missing.
