HELP ME!! HELP THEM!! They Have No Voice, Will You Be Their Voice, Today?

I had to find my 3 horses a new home. In one E.R. visit for ammonia, I was diagnosed w/ 3 serious health problems, I had no idea what I was going to be facing, I just knew there would be more surgeries & the financial impact of Dr. & hospital bills. A lot of time I would lose w/ the horses & that was not fair to them (I'm well, only by the Grace of God). I found what I thought was a perfect home for them, she was recommended to me & she is in the field of Animal Care & Control. All 3 horses got to the same home (I was so grateful for that). They have a lot of children ( between them both), 4 acres of pasture, rode often & had 3 horses of her own. They were GIVEN to them w/ conditions & a simple signed agreement (copy to follow). I thought it would help, if something like this happened, the horses would be safe (obviously, its not helping), yet. We the (horses & I) are living our worst nightmare, I feel more than horrible, I put them there!
The horses are being fed an inadequate amount of feed for their weight & size. I've only seen hay 2x's there, one on my 1st 05/19/17 visit, there was ONE BAIL of "cow hay (for 6 horses @ that time the 2nd on my last visit on 09/03 in 7 visits in a 4 mo period, "cow hay on the ground that it has sat awhile & contains dust & mold. It's straw, not hay & very dry. That is so hard on their digestive & causes respiratory problems, also can cause colic & even heaves, she told me her Qtr. Horse had a severe respiratory infection, maybe exactly why.. The horses left 05/03, I was unable to go see the property, due to Dr. & test after test were coming quickly. I was suppose to follow them
I noticed the pastors grass was really short, I warned her Ali & Slick will pull the grass out by the roots, to get what little grass is left. I have a pic. that shows 2 things, an inadequate amount of forage in pastors & Ali was pulling the little bit of grass out, you can see that he has already made sand patches. I did not get a chance to go & see the property before hand, She's always busy & the Drs., test after test, already started to move quickly, There is a signed simple agreement (copy to follow) between us, that specifically states the horses will be fed, watered & loved, as I did. If they can no longer afford to feed them, I would be the 1st person to be notified. Her daughter posted on face book "all I want for Christmas, is a bag of horse feed" I think that, says it all! My husband dropped off 3 bags of feed, a Hughe bag of organic carrots & a bag of Pples, it WAS rainung so he just put it on the porch & in return whst does she do, had US SERVED W/ a no trespass warrant , that was her appreciation she has for them, there's so much more!! The horses were not groomed, cared for & definitely not loved! Look closely & see I was told nothing but lies before they left here, I realize that now.
The new owners & I weighed & measured the horses right before they left here, so we all had a accurate weight & height. Thoroughbred (Ali) weighed 1450lbs. 17.2 hands tall (exceeded the weight tape, we used the left over tape & copied the distance of 100 lbs, it went to 1450 lbs, 12yrs. She says "I had to drop his weight, he was sweating to much riding", not that much weight, that quick. Appaloosa (Slick) was 865lbs. 14.5 hands tall, he is 29, see she has said different ages im getting confused, I got him @ 26 yrs. old, I have owned them for 7yrs that makes him as I have stated 33 she states 3 different ages being 27, 28 & 29, she changes it

Would not need it anymore. He is in the worst shape, she is feeding him 60lbs. of feed a day! The absolute most with his weight now, should be getting is, 18lbs. The Qtr. Pony (Bella), she was a Professional Hunter Jumper (my nieces rescued her from severe neglect & abuse) then trained her to be a winning, Professional Hunter Jumper, it took them around 6 yrs. (rehabilitation & training). She tore 20% of her ligament, front (L), they sent her to me to be retired & light ground work ONLY, absolutely NO JUMPING. They are jumping her, as the pictures show. She also, has a QTR horse of her own, which is nothing but skin & bones (in the last pic & they were riding her like that, literally. I was told "she had a severe respiratory infection", may be the "cow hay" did that?
Please we the (horses & I) desperately need your voice & comments, to support the horses being returned to me, as the agreement states. Either they can't afford to feed them or she is just starving them. Either one is unacceptable!
