We the undersigned believe that JustFab.com needs to change how they are treating their customers. The problems are far reaching as is evident by reviewing the comments stated by some of JustFab’s customers on Facebook and other on-line websites.

Top Five issues:
1. Problem with Orders/Cancellations
2. Customer Service Issues
3. Quality Issues with Product
4. Problems with Returns
5. Problems with Membership

The most common issue was with Customer Service. This area experienced the highest level of complaints from the customers.

What is needed…

When customers visit the JustFab website and place an order, they are not made fully aware that they are joining a monthly fee membership and the very specific way that will be required to discontinue this fee. Customers feel that they are simply placing an order for a specific item.

When customers do reach a customer service representative they are not concluding these conversations feeling any more reassured with their situation and are not completely satisfied with the outcome.

From the initial website visit there needs to be better communication from the point of the initial customer order regarding the fee arrangement that is being entered when an order is placed and there also needs to be better communication regarding the options for cancelling this arrangement.

Your customers visit and order from your site because they like the items that are being offered. When what is actually being sold and the specific conditions are not explained clearly, as with the monthly membership fee, then customers feel taken advantage of and are reluctant to enter into a relationship with your company.
