Thank you all for supporting our petition. It did help and authorities did pull some strings. Unfortunately, our friend is no more. He was found dead on railways tracks of Haryana. May his soul rest in peace.
A Friend's young cousin - a 26 year old boy Sumit Parihar has been MISSING for a week now, in Delhi. An FIR has been filed but not much has been done by the police despite a lot of push and pull from our end.
We request you all to join hands so that this situation is taken much more seriously by the police authorities of India.
Sumit Parihar - a 26 year old happy go lucky boy from a small town came to the city of Delhi to try his luck in software career. But Delhi had something else to offer. On September 9th 2012, Sumit leaves his house to catch with his friends and is MISSING since THEN. An FIR was filed by his family but not much has been done by the police.
Its been a week now and his family is in deep trauma and has no clue where Sumit is. I request all of you who have little bit of heart or empathizes with the emotion involved in losing a loved one, please please sign this petition so that this situation is taken more seriously by our respected authorities.
P.S - This petition is not against anyone. We just want the inquiries to move on a little fast than usual.
