Do you support the implementation of the "Heartbeat Bill"?
In April, Governor DeWine signed the commonly referred to "Heartbeat Bill", the Human Rights and Heartbeat Protection Act, as passed by the Ohio House and Senate. It was to be implemented as law in mid-July but has been delayed by a judge after challenges were filed by pro-abortion groups.
The Ohio Heartbeat Bill would ban abortion when a heartbeat can be detected via an abdonminal ultrasound at around six to eight weeks. This law is projected to save 18,000 pre-born babies' lives annually. It also requires that abortion patients be informed of the option of adoption and imposes a civil penalty of up to $20,000 on providers who violate the law with funds collected going to support adoption and foster care services.

We, the undersigned, support the implementation of the Ohio Human Rights and Heartbeat Protection Act commonly known as the "Heartbeat Bill". Signing below indicates your support of implementation of this bill as enforceable law in Ohio.
