Hang all rapists in India

This petition is important to sign because we have only two options to stop such rapes first one that we have to change the mentality of people, we have to change the social ideology because their immoral thoughts or degraded thinking is the chief cause of rapes, now it's almost impossible to change their thoughts; the second way is that the punishment to this offence should be so severe that even their soul is stirred before doing such inhuman act.

As for damini's case all theaccused except the one who committed suicide are living injail maintaining their dignity, rape with damini occured in december and it's april and their is still no chance to justice. I am sure sooner or later their bail will be granted and they will be released from jail, so one thing is clear it's useless to expect strict and speedy justice from judiciary due to many reasons.in that condition the duty of imparting justice lies with the public which should be empowered to hang him in 24 hours of his detention.i think it's better to hang him publically in 24 hours in stead of leaving the matter to judiciary to keep waiting for judgement for years.time to experiment,experiment some changes.
