Tony Maris, representing Belmar Development, LLC, has submitted plans for Rose Hill Acres, a proposed housing development on 67 acres in Spring Garden Township.
The plans call for 381 homes: 23 single family homes, 289 townhouses and 69 condominiums with road outlets in Hollywood Heights and onto Mount Rose Avenue via Greenhill Road.
We, the undersigned, are opposed to the Rose Hill Acres Development in Hollywood Heights and Mount Rose Avenue until environmental impact studies can be completed.
