Halt illegal immigration in the USA

Protect the rights of American citizens and enforce immigration laws.

In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the U.S. and Mexican Congresses. That Treaty ended any and all claims Mexico had to land now a part of the United States!

America is a sovereign nation, totally independent of Mexico. It has been that way for over 200 years. We The People intend to keep it that way!

America operates according to the rule of law which applies to everyone. This is true whether one is brown, black, yellow, lily-white, red, or an exotic hybrid of lavender and green.

Demanding that our borders be secured and that the law be enforced is the right of all American citizens; doing so does not make any one a racist or bigot. U.S. immigration laws exist to protect American citizens & others here legally, not to facilitate a foreigner's pursuit of a better life!

Those who come to America must adjust to our culture and traditions. We have no obligation or desire to change in deference to foreign newcomers.

What it is going to take to get the government to listen to us, the People, the Legal citizens of America! The very same people that voted you into office for you to work for Americans!

We,the people, as citizens and taxpayers are suffering greatly due to the influx of illegal, non-English speaking invaders.

We, the people want immigration laws enforced!

If the federal Government refuses to enforce the immigration laws now in effect,then the States should be allowed to pass and enforce laws to protect legal citizens. No more lawsuits or blocking any laws passed by states putting trying to do what our Government fails to do.

We,the people want you to stop pandering to the demands of illegal aliens!

Enforce E-verify. We want laws passed making E-Verify to be used in all states to verify all workers! If employers do not cooperate, fine them and make it a progressive fine based on the number of employees.

Illegal's are great for employers who like cheap worker whether on the farm in the factories or as household help or the guy mowing your lawn. The wages of these illegal's are not taxed and many of them send a large portion of their income BACK to Mexico!

We want laws passed that make employers of illegal's to be fined.

We want laws passed to tax the money being sent back to Mexico to help defray the costs of the free benefits they receive. - Charge Western union and other transfer companies a fee for every repatriation amount they send to Mexico.

Illegal's are not a good deal for the working class who as a result of the huge influx of illegal's have suffered with stagnant wages for over a decade.
Being hard-working and good hearted is commendable. But those qualities do NOT entitle anyone to enter America illegally

The welfare,medical,housing,food and education benefits which these illegal's are receiving as if they were citizens is outrageous. They squander resources that should be for Americans.

We,the people,no longer want to pay the cost of having Spanish translations on all products. having the translations just gives illegal's another reason to not assimilate. Celebrating ones cultural heritage is perfectly fine--as long as it does not interfere with complete and prompt assimilation into American culture.

We want a law passed making English the de facto language of the United States. No company, agency, department, organization, institution that receives taxpayer dollars of any amount should be allowed to require a citizen of this country - a English speaking country - to be bilingual in order to feed his/her family. Instead, make the person who chose to come into this country to learn the language of the country. Bilingualism is cool---provided one of the languages is English. Literacy in only Mexican and Spanish is not cool in America.

Female illegal's come to America to have babies (anchor babies) making that baby a legal citizen allowing them to apply for and get those benefits.

We want laws that will no longer allow illegal's to have anchor babies!

We want laws no longer allow cities to claim "sanctuary status" for illegal's.

No illegal should have any rights allowed before the rights of Americans.

We are tired of hearing pro-illegal immigrant commentators bashing others as being against immigrants. Wanting the laws of our land enforced does NOT make us racists or bigots!

We are not against immigration and immigrants, just *illegal* immigration and and *illegal * aliens.

We, the people, are tired of seeing on tv or newspapers illegal's blatantly admitting in defiance that they are illegal and acting proud of that fact and fearing no reprisal. Those illegal's should immediately be contacted by law enforcement or by ICE agents arrested,detained and deported as soon as possible. Any and all illegal's should be deported in a reasonable time period,within days,no lengthy stays in a local jail but quick and to the point.

We do not want illegal aliens being rewarded for coming into America and claiming they have the same rights as Legal Americans.

No amnesty for any reason!

No illegal should be given preference those doing the right thing to become a citizen.

It is not my responsibility, it is not my community's responsibility,It is not my city or state's responsibility and it is not our federal government's responsibility to provide a haven for people that have violated our laws to come here and remain here.

Mexico has strict immigration policies and they enforce those policies/laws!

America should follow the same guidelines and enforce them just as strongly!!!!

America can no longer take care of those that enter illegally looking for a free handout! People here illegally are common criminals, and as such, are most unwelcome. American citizens will fight to have such miscreants deported, regardless of whether or not families are involved. Illegal is illegal, Family or not.

Any argument to the contrary is an argument for
1. violating the laws of the US,
2. denying the right of sovereignty,
3. advocating for the rights of non-US citizens over US citizens, and
4. creating a false economy based on cheap labor that would not exist except for illegal "guest workers".

Again, we the citizens of every state in the US, voting public and provider of your salary, retirement, insurance, etc. would like to suggest the above and any other to protect the citizens and legal immigrants of this state.

We sincerely hope all of you will actively and honestly work in protecting the rights of citizens.
