The guezira club has a policy where nannies have to wear a white lab coat. This is discriminatory to the nanny and imposes a safety issue of not being able to easily identify the person.
Nannies should wear a badge and carry their ID without being imposed to wear a coat.
Not to mention the cost of keeping these coats clean, the effect the policy has on the nanny’s sense of belonging and wellbeing
We, parents of the children at the guezira club call to edit this policy and not impose such uniform on nannies but instead a badge or name tag.
