On 1/20/09 after his trial Gregory Crosby's bond was revoked. He has been incarcerated since April of 2008.
The family of Mr. Crosby had the money in hand for bond but the judge denied them.
We, the undersigned, call on the Erie County Government to hear us and to grant Mr. Crosby a bond and let him go free until his sentencing like others who received that option.
