Because of the upcoming Graduation, over 20 seinors are graduating from Choir. So the school has decided to fire Ms. Powell, because of her failer to produce more choir students.
She is getting fired because of the graduation. But I futher believe that a principal is personally delivering this blow.
The choir section of Graves County High School is in a rage because of the injustice of the firing of one of the best teachers in the state.
We, the student body will not accept this act, nor shall we ignore it. An administrator has decided not to like this admirable person and wants to get rid of her. So we will stand in her way and will try to stop this act. Mrs. Powell has done nothing but good in our school, we will stand beside her in this time and we will fight this.
