Therefore it is high time to raise our voices and demand a good and lower rate ISP for our state and its hub, Guwahati. Moreover, the after sales service of these ISPs located in Guwahati are worst. Private firms are looting the people of the states with their higher rates and inconsistent service.
We, the undersigned demand a good ISP (Internet Service Provider) and request Government to take a step to stop the monopoly played by private firms by increasing their rates. We demand :
1. Good ISP / Broadband Connection for Home as well as corporate houses.
2. Good after sales service.
3. Reasonable rates.
4. Consistent performance.
