Councillor Hedley is trying to close all the local leisure facilities in Essex and build one big leisure centre which will be very expensive to use for the local children/teenagers/adults.
He also wants to change the graves in Pitsea Cemetery from 6ft to 3 ft and ban all candles windchimes angels baby toys. All graves are paid for on a 99 yr lease with a 6 ft plot not 3ft.
We, the undersigned, wish to register our votes of no confidence in Councillor Hedley's policies.
