Leonardo DiCaprio has been in films since a very young age, and he is such an amazing talent who has always come so close to being recognized by the academy but has never won. 1993 marks the year his amazing career was skyrocketed into success with Lasse Hallström's "Whats eating Gilbert Grape" playing a mentally handicapped younger brother of Gilbert grape (Johnny Depp) hes was recognized by the academy and has been ever since in his films such as "Blood Diamond" "The Aviator" "Django unchained" and last years hit "The Wolf of Wall street".
Being a beloved member of Hollywood, don't you think he deserves an Oscar? I do. I believe his latest performance as Jordan Belfort was well deserving of an Oscar and was the strongest male lead performance in film of 2013.
We, the undersigned, call on the Academy of motion picture Arts and Sciences to rethink their decision of best actor in a lead performance.
