Stardoll is a website aimed at young girls aged between 8 till late teens where they dress up dolls, buy clothing and furniture with stardollars, create albums, create clubs etc.

There are two types of members in Stardoll. Superstar and non superstar. Superstars are people who pay stardoll whether by credit card, paypal, text message or whatever to have privellages. These last for a certain amount of time and then kaboom you're back to the non superstar membership with the privallages stripped from you.

Stardoll has been doing its very best to entice young vulnerable girls to spend hoards of money on a virtual game. Before superstars had about double the amount of privallages than non superstars had. Now 95% of furniture and clothes can be only bought if you are a superstar, which leaves the majority with only 5% of furniture and clothes to choose from. Also they doubled the prices of furniture, clothes and broadcast. Ridiculous

Also people can broadcast messages. Before you could type in whatever you like. Now it's pick a word and drop in a box. They also have amped their prices. Superstar membership used to be a month if you paid by text message. Now its two weeks, and if you want to have the membership for the same amount of time you have to pay double the price.

They also have 'special 'exclusive brands such as Vivenne Tam, DKNY, Miss Sixty, Elle that are only availabe only for superstars, and their limited edition. Let me say RIDICULOUS.

Stardoll is selfish. It's not exactly going broke. The superstar rates are going sky high. They can afford all this crap. Really, they are dealing with vulnerable young girls and the sad part is they don't give a crap.
