The Collegeboard started allowing people to register the SAT exam from 29th May, 2007. However, on the 30th May, 2007, all the test centers for the SAT exam in Hong Kong on Oct 6, 2007 were full because people from other places had taken all the spots in Hong Kong.
Now, most students in Hong Kong cannot take the SAT exam on Oct 6, 2007, but these students need to take the SAT exam on that day in order to apply for early admission for US universities.
Local students in Hong Kong should have the priority to take the SAT exam. So, we strongly request the Collegeboard to give priority to local students to register for the SAT exam before non-residents can register!
Also, we urge the Collegeboard to add more test centers because of insufficient spots!
