On April 29, 2012, Kenneth Mahoney, 24, of Fairdale, Kentucky, tied his beagle to his car and dragged her for 100 yards.
The dog became detached from the vehicle and a bystander tried to rescue her, but her injuries were so severe, she died.
Amazingly, Mahoney is now free on bond.
We, the undersigned, urge that Kenneth Mahoney, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, for dragging and torturing his beagle to death.
He apparently had no explanation for his psychotic behavior and even demanded his dog back from the person who tried to rescue her.
This is clearly a deranged and dangerous individual who is a threat to society and must be treated as such.
