Didn't you hate it when you saw the most beautiful bird for just $5 dollars. You showed your parents they said wow but when you asked if you could buy it they said no.
I want to make it so kids can buy a bird or small animal that they can take care of themselfs when they are ten or over but it and the food and supplies have to be out of thier own money and to stop the responsibility being put on the parents make the kids sign a contract that if they stop taking care of the animal the parent can get rid of it this way kids will have a friend and conpanion when they are young this may even in the long run stop people from comitting suicide who knows.
Kids should be able to buy their own pet bird when they are ten or over.
