Give airsoft and paintball their own licence category

For so long skirmish sports like airsoft and paintball has been held back by the firearms act airsoft been completely ban nation wide my proposal is for airsoft and paintball to be covered under one category of specialized licence ie category S which will register the holder as a player of skirmish sports in Australia. Under the proposed license the holder will be required to safely store hisher taggers out of reach of children in a locked box ammunition separate as with other firearms and be engraved with the owners licence number . along with the legislation of airsoft I would like airsoft guns to be legal in all states if the gun is spring loaded and fires at or under 220fps on the condition that the owner registers ownership with local police and sits a safety course
We the undersigned call on the WA state and the Australian federal government's to legalize airsoft and introduce a specialized category S skirmish sports licence for both airsoft guns above 221fps and paintball taggers regardless of appearance
