UPN and the WB are launching a new Network, the CW on no other than the infamous Sept. 11th.
To make matters worse, they have written out Tony Child's character from Girlfriend's.
Don't believe me, pick up the August issue of Essence magazine, visit Jill Marie Jone's website or simply pay attention to the CW's cheesey commercial. They feature all the memebers of Girlfriends with one major exception, Jill Marie Jones! She was not included because they did not want to pay her what she is worth.
Had this been an all white cast a-la Friends or Sex and the City, she would have had her salary raised and the show would go on without a hitch.
Please sign this petition stating that you will NOT watch, tivo, dvr or tape any episodes of the upcoming season of Girlfriend's if they do not add Jill Marie Jones back to the cast.
