ThreeUK customer service is beyond awful lets get it sorted out.

It is important that ThreeUK have their customer services brought to the UK because the current customer support team based in India have trouble understanding anything you say.

Their lack of not knowing what you are talking about gets most of their customers nowhere. They don't understand anything technical like hardware or software problems and even the simplest task of asking if new firmware updates are available etc baffles them.

Also things they say that will be done in 24hrs i have still seen people complaining 3-4 weeks later that nothing has been done or that if you call Three back up to ask whats going on they have no recollection of you even calling them in the first place . By moving customer services to the UK , customers aswell as customer support will have a better understanding with each other.

I myself have been asked by Three hundreds of times what im on about when i ask questions about ROMS , updates, signal issues, support etc the list goes on . So by hiring people in the UK to run their customer services Three will have less people leave them and never want to go back to them and probably thousands more wanting to join them, as most people wont go with Three because of the awful support team in India.
