Foreigners like Juan Pablo Montoya and Marcos Ambrose have forced American and Canadian stock car drivers out of potential rides.
We, the undersigned, strongly urge NASCAR to institute nationality restrictions in the NASCAR Sprint Cup in addition to the NASCAR Nationwide and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
Only drivers who are born in Canada or the United States of America should be allowed to race in these series on either a part-time or full-time basis.
